So happy with my frame! It is so beautiful I can't stop staring at my TV. It came very well packaged was easy to assemble fits my TV perfectly! If you have a samsung frame TV it does cover up the sensor so walking in the room the artwork wont automatically turn on anymore if you dont want that to happen ide recommend a thinner frame but it does not affect controlling the TV with the remote everything else works as it should. The way it instantly elevates your space having a TV that looks like artwork is so worth if you've been debating on getting one go for it you won't be disappointed
Communication could have been better, but the frame was perfect! Thank you!
